Incidents
*An employee of Wal-Mart reported two incidents of shoplifting/concealment. (See arrests of Erskine, Orechowics and Peters)
*Kristy Dotson, of Honeysuckle Court in Rutherfordton, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle that occurred on Wilson Drive in Forest City.
*Vickey Epley reported an incident of damage to property that occurred on Groce Street.
| Arrests
*Morgan Renee Condrey, of Old Gilbert Town Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested for underage possession of malt beverage. She was issued a citation and released to her parents.
*Stevie Mylnn Rumphelt, of Aydlotte Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested for underage possession of a malt beverage. She was issued a citation and released to a grandparent at the scene.
*Doris Smith Schiffner, of Ellis Ferry Road in Gaffney, was arrested on a warrant for attempt to obtain property by false pretense. She was released on a $15,000.00 unsecure bond
*Brandi Raye Beheler, of Ellenboro/Henrietta Road, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. She was issued a citation at the scene and released.
*Walter Joseph Orezchowicz, of Nors Way in Lake Lure, was arrested for shoplifting/concealment of merchandise from Wal-Mart. He received a citation and was released at the scene.
*Carol Lynch Peters, of Nors Way Lake Lure, was arrested for shoplifting/concealment from Wal-Mart. She was issued a citation and released at the scene.
*James Keith Erskine, of Indiana Street in Spindale, was arrested for shoplifting from Wal-Mart. He was issued a citation and released at the scene.
*Lawrence Howard Hanner, of Hardin Road, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a citation and released at the scene.
*Dustin Christopher Ashe, of Hardin Road, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000.00 unsecure bond.
