Incidents
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of injury to real property. The incident occurred on East Main Street in Forest City. (See arrest of Hudson)
*Jeff Ruppe, of Old Hollis Road in Ellenboro, reported an incident of injury to personal property and assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred on South Broadway Street in Forest City. (See arrest of Delaconcepcion)
| Arrests
*Crystal Marlowe, age 35, of Cleghorn Mill Road in Rutherfordton was arrested for driving while impaired and driving left of center. Her bond was set at a custody release.
*Jason Delaconcepcion, age 20, of Amity Drive in Forest City was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and injury to personal property. His bond was set at $6,000.00 secured.
*Gregory Hudson, age 23, of John Hudson Road in Bostic was arrested for injury to real property. His bond was set at $1,000.00 secured.
*John Chiesa, age 18, of Janua Coeli Way in Rutherfordton was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at a written promise to appear.
