*Gerald Lentz, of Owens Street in Forest City, reported an incident of finding property that belongs to Pletz Oscar Johnston. The incident occurred on West Main Street.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of communicating threats. The incident occurred on Pine Street in Forest City. (See arrest of Boone)
*Michael Mosley, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*An employee of Ingles, located on South Church Street in Forest City, reported an incident of concealment. (See arrest of Bridges)
| Arrests
*Samuel Davis, age 20, of Park Street in Forest City was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
*Henry Boone, age 62, of Pine Street in Forest City was arrested for two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of communicating threats and resist, obstruct and delay. His bond was set at $3,800.00 secured.
*Amber Dawn Bridges, age 24, of Garden Street in Forest City was cited for concealment of goods. She received a written promise to appear.
