*Mondamie Blascoe, of West Spruce Street in Forest City, reported an incident of a dog bite.
*Lisa Hutchins, of Chloe Way in Forest City, reported an incident of credit card fraud. The incident occurred on South Broadway Street.
*Travis Miller, of Melody Lane in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

| Arrests
*Johnnie Maxine Fish Davenport, age 34, of East Spruce Street in Forest City, was arrested and charged with domestic simple assault. She received a 48 hour hold.
*Edward Michael Adorante, age 53, was arrested and charged with resist, delay, and obstruct, mislabeled drugs, possession of Schedule II, and possession of Schedule IV. He received a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Deborah Hill Hart, age 47, was arrested and charged with no drivers license and no insurance. She received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Amy Darlene McKinney, age 40, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She received $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Donna Lynn Dixon, age 38, was arrested on a warrant for fail to appear. He received a $1,000.00 cash bond.
*Andrew Lee Wyatt, Sr., age 52, was served on three criminal summons for worthless checks. He received a written promise to appear.
