Incidents
*An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting. (See arrest of Allison)
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of sexual assault that occurred on Wells Drive in Forest City.
*Ibon Garcia, age 27, of Rosedale Drive in Forest City, reported the larceny of a 2008 scooter.
*Billy Champion, of Summer Slope Road in Forest City, reported that someone tampered with his vehicle.
*Leslie Goode of W. Main Street in Forest City reported an incident of fraud.
*Edward Sears, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny and obtaining property by false pretense.
*An employee of Lowe’s reported an incident of larceny.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of sexual assault that occurred on McBrayer Court in Forest City.
*The Forest City Police Department is investigating an incident of hit and run. The incident occurred on West Liberty Street in Forest City between 3-31-2009 at 7:00 p.m. and 4-1-2009 at 2:30 p.m. Officers are looking for information in reference to a vehicle that struck a 1987 red BMW that was parked on West Liberty Street. The suspect vehicle left the scene without notifying owner or police of the collision. | Arrests
*Lisa Nicole Greene, age 24, of Old Caroleen Road in Forest City was issued a citation for loud music.
*Sylvia Kay Hargett, age 36, of Clay Street in Forest City was arrested for second degree trespass. Her bond was set at $300.00 secured.
*Phillip Charles Alison, age 36, of Hudlow Road in Forest City was issued a citation for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
