*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of a sexual offense.
*Annie Blakley, of Hall Street in Forest City, reported an incident of lost or stolen property.
*An employee of B&D Thrift and Loan reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.
*Dangie McKinney, of Odessa Drive in Ellenboro, reported an incident of assault on a female. (See arrest of Carson Curtis)
*An employee of Belk reported an incident of larceny.

*Carson Curtis, age 44, of Second Street in Forest City was arrested for assault on a female. He was placed under a 48 hour hold.
*Edward Oglesby, age 30, of Fox Hill Drive in Shelby was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny. He was given a $10,000.00 secured bond.
*Dustin Morrow, age 24, of Sedgefield Drive in Forest City was arrested for obtaining property by false pretense.
*Eric Mayse, age 26, of Proctor School Road in Mooresboro was arrested for larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was given a $50,000.00 secured bond.
