*Sandra Harrison, age 48, of Second Street in Forest City was served on a show cause order for failure to pay monies.
*Michael Freeman, age 37, of Old Colony Lane in Bostic was charged with driving while consuming. He received a written promise to appear.
*Chuck Holland, age 43, of Baker Drive in Mooresboro was arrested and charged with larceny. He received a $300.00 secured bond.
*Mathew Hardin, age 21, of Walker Lake Road in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for fail to appear. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Dangie Denise McKinney, age 34, of C Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500.00 secured bond.
*David Hamilton, age 44, of Wells Drive in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for fail to appear and fail to comply. He received a $750.00 secured bond.
*Adrian Marquie McCluney, age 35, of McDaniel Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. He received a $376.00 cash bond.
*Marcy Dawn Vickers, age 34, of Church Street in Cliffside was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She received a $2,000.00 secured bond.
