*Rebecca Murray, of Beaver Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses, shoplifting/concealment and damage to property. (See arrest of Horn)
*An employee of Food Lion, located on South Broadway Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses. (See arrest of Whitaker)
*An employee of Ingles, located on South Church Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses. (See arrest of Whitaker)
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported the recovery of a stolen vehicle that was reported stolen in Shelby. The incident occurred on South Broadway Street in Forest City.
*Kathleen Cowham, of Washington Street in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported finding property that belongs to James Glenn Owens. The incident occurred on Plaza Drive.

*Bethanne Zechman, age 31, of Summey Street in Forest City was arrested for two counts of communicating threats and damage to property. She received a written promise to appear.

*Shantel Whitaker, age 19, of Shadowood Lane in Charlotte, N.C. was arrested for two counts of attempt to obtain property by false pretenses, possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule II, resist, obstruct and delay, uttering a forged document and obtaining property by false pretenses. Her bond was set at $29,000.00 secured.
*Joseph Silver, age 22, of Hopper Road in Rutherfordton was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $1,000.00 secured.
*Amanda Mann, age 17, of South Church Street in Forest City was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. She received a written promise to appear.
*Brandon Harrison, age 21, of Hardin Road in Forest City was cited for 2nd degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
*Andria Horn, age 44, of Setzer Street in Spindale was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses, two counts of shoplifting/concealment and larceny. Her bond was set at $7,900.00 secured.
*Kevin Hoyle, age 30, of Hayes Road in Forest City was cited for 2nd degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
