*Joshua Lewis Allen, age 26, of Ceasar Street in Rutherfordton was arrested for driving while impaired. He was given a custody release.
*Malcolm Lamont Hamilton, age 18, of Amity Drive in Forest City was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
*Casie Lapree Shelton, age 29, of McArthur Street in Forest City was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was given a written promise to appear in court.
*William Leon Boykins, Jr., age 20, of Farmside Drive in Forest City was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was given a written promise to appear in court.
