Incidents
*Velmon Biggerstaff, age 90, of Arlington Street in Forest City reported a breaking and entering and larceny from a storage space at her residence.
*Joseph Padgett, Jr., age 45, of Holly Lane in Forest City reported an incident of larceny of medication.
*An employee of the Quality Plus, located on W. Main Street in Forest City reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
*An employee of the Mustang II, located on E. Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of attempted robbery.
| Arrests
*Jesse James Montgomery, age 18, of Harper Valley Lane in lake Lure was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
*Deborah Sprouse, age 45, of Roberson Road in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She was issued a written promise to appear.
*Suzanne Alley, age 27, of Gun Club Road in Bostic was arrested for driving while impaired. Her bond was set at $500.00 unsecured.
*Charles Alexander, age 52, of S. Church Street in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for worthless checks.
