*An employee of Moose Snacks and Vending, of West Main Street in Forest City, reported two incidents of breaking and entering to a coin operated machine. The incident occurred on US 74A.
*An employee of the Holiday Inn, located on US 74A in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of a fraud. The incident occurred on Hill Crest Avenue in Forest City.

*David Hugh Cole, age 36, of Oakland Road in Spindale was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
*Jacquitha Hill, age 30, of Bob Rollins Road in Forest City was served with a show cause order to appear.
*Christopher Todd Martin, age 39, of Hawthorne Drive in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1000.00 secured bond.
*Clarence Wilkins, age 26, of McGinnis Road in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for larceny. He received a custody release.
*William Taylor, age 18, of Westwood Street in Forest City was cited for consuming alcohol while underage. He received a written promise to appear.

*Richard Littlejohn, age 45, of Marshal Street in Forest City was arrested on warrants for larceny from a person, breaking and entering and attempted larceny. His bond was set at $45,000.00 unsecured.
*Kelly Rashon Lowrance, age 23, of Carolina Avenue in Forest City was arrested for driving while license revoked and served with warrants for three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny of a financial card. His bond was set at $55,500.00 secured.
