*Golden Shelton, of West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*An employee of Old Mill Tavern, located on East Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*Patty Crowder, of Burl Bridges Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering. The incident occurred on Holland Street in Forest City.

*Chelsea Nicole Morgan, age 17, of W.V. Thompson Road in Rutherfordton was cited for larceny.
*Dennis Lee McEntire, age 51, of Spindale Street in Spindale was arrested for larceny and second degree trespass. He was given a $2,500.00 secured bond.
*Edward Lee Williams, age 22, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. He was given a $2,000.00 secured bond.
*Jessica Kay Greene, age 21, of Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She was given a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Casey Aaron Newton, age 31, of Cherry Mountain Street in Ellenboro was arrested on a warrant for theft of cable TV service. He was given a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Leonardo Ibarra Pallares, age 26, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested for driving while impaired, no operator’s license and following too close. He was given a $2,000.00 secured bond.
*Brennan Keith Atkins, age 18, of Kennedy Street in Ellenboro was cited for consuming alcohol under the age of 21.
*Johnathan Maurice Robinson, age 48, of North Magnolia Street in Forest City was arrested for habitual driving while impaired, stop sign violation and tail lamp violation. He was given a $30,000.00 secured bond.
