*Rodney Wood, of Carl Allred Road in Franklinville, NC, reported an incident of arson. The incident occurred on Bellvue Street in Forest City.
*Golden Shelton, III, of West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.

*Jonathan Santiago Borras, age 27, of Wells Drive in Forest City was arrested and charged with driving while impaired and left of center. He was given a $1,000.00 secured bond.
