*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of a sexual offense.

Arrests

*Delores Hernandez, age 45, of West Mountain Street in Rutherfordton was arrested for breaking and entering. She received a $5,000.00 secured bond.

*Jackie Jimerson, age 53, of Revely Lane in Rutherfordton was arrested for second degree trespass. She received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
