*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported that William Coggins found property that belongs to Chelsea Suzanne Sosa. The incident occurred at the Tri-City Mall in Forest City.
*Justin Greene, of Hollis Road in Forest City, reported an incident of simple assault. The incident occurred on Wilkie Street in Forest City.
