*Sandra Dee Holland, age 49, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of Schedule III controlled substance. She received a written promise to appear.
*Steven Edward Winn, age 40, of Edley Toney Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on two warrants for embezzlement. He received a $10,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Grosie Gore Franklin, age 48, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was cited for begging/soliciting alms. She received a written promise to appear.
*Michael Anthony Proctor, age 29, of Hudlow Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested on warrants for larceny of motor vehicle and possess stolen motor vehicle. He received a $10,000.00 secured bond.
*Justin Keith Lowery, age 25, of South Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting/concealment and second degree trespass. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
