Arrests
*Brittany Rhyne Blanton, age 19, of Holly Hills Road in Shelby, was charged with drinking an alcoholic beverage underage. She was issued a citation for the offense.
*Crystal Dawn Cothran, age 35, of West Main Street in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay monies.
*Lee Roy Wilkie, age 60, of Stagecoach Trail in Shelby, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transporting an open container of alcohol. He was released on a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*Damien Percell Price, age 25 of Oakridge Drive in Forest City, was arrested for driving with license revoked. He was released on a written promise to appear.
*Charles Travis Stuart, age 38, of North Church Street in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay monies.
*Carlos Israel Munoz, age 26, of Angela Drive in Forest City, was arrested on an order for arrest. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Ashley Bradley, age 25, of Railroad Street in Mooresboro, was arrested for forgery of an instrument, uttering forged instrument and obtaining property by false pretenses. She was released on a $25,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Elizabeth Hobson, age 18, of Holland Street in Forest City, was issued a citation for consuming an alcoholic beverage underage.
*Zahkeya Jennings, age 18, of Morrow Street in Forest City, was issued a citation for shoplifting .
*Austin Ray Green, age 19, of Tate Street in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He received a $500.00 secured bond
*Franklin Kyle Bailey, age 16, of Powerline Street in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on a custody release.
