Arrests
*Johnny Terrell Hughes, age 29, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, was charged with littering. He was issued a citation and released.
*Nathan Allen Mullinax, age 22, of South Church Street in Forest City, was arrested for domestic assault on a female. He was placed on a 48 hour hold.
*Carl Brent Davis Jr., age 36, of Rockhill, S.C., was arrested on warrants for forgery of an instrument, uttering a forged instrument, and obtaining property by false pretense. He received a $145,000.00 secured bond.
*Angela Denise Gossett, age 36, of Hardin Road, was served with a criminal summons for injury to personal property.
*Whittney Kendall Greene, age 17, of West Haven Street, was served with a criminal summons for communicating threats.
*Amber Leigh Searcy, age 29, of Laughter Road in Mill Springs, was arrested on warrants for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. She received a $40,000.00 unsecured bond.
