* Kevin Ray Davis, age 37 of Florence Street in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was issued a $500.00 secured bond.
*Tyshawn Fitzgerald Chisholm, age 33, of Rockhill, S.C., was arrested for driving without a valid license. He was issued a $500.00 secured bond.
*Nicholas Adam Roper, age 18, of Crestview Street in Rutherfordton, was issued a citation for a noise ordinance violation.
*Gaharri Tarlton Woods, age 33, of Bunker Drive in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He was issued a $5,000.00 unsecured bond.
