*Terrell Eugene Raysha Watkins, age 24, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female and possession of marijuana. He was given a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*Jacob Daylen Ross, age 34, of US Hwy 221S in Marion, was arrested on warrants for obtaining property by false pretenses, attempting to obtain property by false pretenses and forgery of an instrument. He was given a $60,000.00 secured bond.
*Ruby Tuesday Wheeler, age 17, of Cable Tower Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for an assault. She was given a custody release.
*Jeffery Thomas Avolese, age 19, of Green Meadows Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for obtaining property by false pretense. He was issued a written promise to appear.
*Carson Lee Curtis, age 43, of 1st St. in Forest City, was arrested for interfering with a utility meter and larceny of power. He was given a $2,000.00 secured bond.
*Mary Elizabeth Schafer, age 20, of Brooks Lake Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for misdemeanor larceny at Wal-Mart.
*Nadine Wilkie Towery, age 51, of Shelby, was cited for an open container of alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a vehicle.
*Charles Sam Harrison, age 16, of 2nd St. in Forest City, was arrested for 2nd degree trespass. He was issued a custody release.
*Richard Lee Felder, age 18, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for domestic assault on female. He was placed a 48 hour hold.
*Christopher Glenn Bucy, Jr., age 16 of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for incest. He was issued a $100,000 secured bond.
