*David Conner, age 46, of Heritage Avenue in Forest City was arrested for discharging a firearm in city limits and resisting a public officer. He received a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Jose Cazango, age 27, of Mitchell Street in Forest City was arrested for driving while impaired, no operator’s license, and left of center. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
