*Kristi Lynn Sullens, of Washington Street in Forest City, reported an incident of assault on a female. (See arrest of Ross)
*Jarvis Lamar Twitty, of Morgan Street in Forest City, reported an incident of a lost/stolen debit card. The incident occurred on West Main Street.

*Tiffany Danielle Bracken, age 16, of Freewill Church Road in Bostic was cited for larceny and released at the scene.
*Joe Dean Harris, age 56, of West Main Street in Forest City was taken to the Rutherford County Detention Center on a public assist.
*Brandon Scott Ross, age 27, of Washington Street in Forest City was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
*Donald James Gettys, age 24, of Pearidge Road in Bostic was arrested for possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, obstruct and delay. His bond was set at $4,000.00 secured.
*Surica Ann Huskey, age 23, of Thompson Street in Forest City was cited for larceny. She was released at the scene.
*Carson Lee Curtis, age 44, of Second Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for interfere with utility meter, larceny and possession of stolen goods/property. His bond was set at $1,200.00 secured.
*Roger Cleo Atkinson, age 21, of Young Road in Timmonsville, SC was arrested for two counts of statutory rape, one count of statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a child. He received a $200,000.00 secured bond.
