Incidents

 

*An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of attempted arson.

 

*An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of damage to town property.

 

*An employee of Pike Electric reported several incidents of breaking and entering motor vehicles and larceny from their storage facility on Duke Street.

 

*Joshua Tillman, of Lawndale, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.

 

*Pablo Torrez, of Rollins Road in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny of firewood from his business located on South Broadway.

 

*An employee from Dollar General, located on W. Main Street, reported an incident of shoplift/concealment of merchandise. (See arrest of Buff)

 

*Michael Spencer, of Pacolet S.C., reported an incident of assault and discharging a firearm in city limits.

 

*Roger Hansen, of Observation Ridge in Rutherfordton, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of a toolbox.


 

Arrests

 

*Amanda Danielle Buff, of Walnut Street in Henrietta, was arrested for concealment of merchandise.
