Incidents

 

*Mia Martins, of Painters Gap Rd. in Union Mills, reported an incident of assault on a female. The incident occurred on South Broadway St. (See arrest of Corn)

 

*Jacob Harris, of Barbara St. in Forest City, reported an incident of structure fire to a residence.

 

*Stanley Upton, of Upton Trail in Bostic, reported an incident of larceny. The incident occurred on Flack Rd.


 

Arrests

 

*Benjamin Thomas Lucas, age 22, of Whitesides Rd. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received an $8,000.00 secured bond.

 

*Eldon Wray Guffey, age 31, of Ledford Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on two warrants for obtain property by false pretense. He received a written promise to appear.

 

*Jason Daniel Corn, age 27, of Bills Creek Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested for assault on a female, driving while license revoked and resisting public officer. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.

 

*Jacob Lee Harris, age 20, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. He received a written promise to appear.
