Incidents

 

*An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

 

*Keith Heffner, of Moriah School Rd. in Caser, reported an incident of a stolen cell phone that occurred on Arlington St.

 

*Cheryl Hyatt, of Withrow Rd. in Spindale, reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property that occurred on Greenfield Dr.

 

*Shelley Wilson, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.

 

*Jamie Wall, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.

 

*An employee of Forest City Housing reported an incident of damage to property and larceny that occurred on E. Spruce St.

 

*Charles Bridges and Leslie Bridges, of Summey St. in Forest City, reported incidents of assault on a female and assault and battery. (See arrest of Bridges)

 

*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of felony flee to elude an arrest with a motor vehicle, recovered stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Parker)

 

*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of resisting a public officer.

 

*Gerald Whiteside, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, reported an incident of simple assault.

 

*Elizabeth Humphries reported an incident of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

 

*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense that occurred at Ivey’s Pawn Shop.

 


 

Arrests

 

*Avery Johnathan Parker, age 16, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for felony flee to elude, felony possession of stolen vehicle, no operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and speeding. He received a $45,000.00 secured bond.

 

*Tracy Lynn Bivens Metcalf, age 41, of South Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer. She received a $1,000.00 secured bond.

 

*Kevin Matthew Pruett, age 25, of Mulberry St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $30,000.00 secured bond.

 

*Rodney Neal Bridges, age 41, of Summey St. in Forest City, was arrested for domestic assault and domestic assault and battery. He received a 48 hour hold.

 

*Debra Ann Bevily, age 46, of Withrow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespass and resisting a public officer. She received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
