Incidents

*Caroline Baynard, of Forest Hills Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of a suspicious fire. The incident occurred on Hardin Road.

*Robin Walker, of Carolina Avenue in Forest City, reported an incident of a stolen motor vehicle.

*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive, reported an incident of larceny.

*Jaun Varela, of Greenfield Drive, reported an incident of found property.

*An employee of Ace Hardware, located on East Main Street, reported an incident of larceny.

*An employee of Cool Springs Rent to Own, located on West Main Street, reported an incident of obtain property by false pretense.

*An employee of Ingles, located on South Church Street, reported an incident of larceny.


 

Arrests

*Andrew Robert Holloway, age 18, of 121 Hill Street was arrested and charged with 2 counts possession of firearm by felon, possession of Schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance, maintain dwelling, 2 counts of resist, obstruct, and delay, 2 counts assault on a governmental official, possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $107,500.00 secured bond.

*Michael Typhod Greene, age 19, of 142 Dunbar Street was arrested and charged with possession of Schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $15,500.00 secured bond.

*Tonashia Nicole Brown, age 17, of 121 C Street was arrested and charged with possession of Schedule VI controlled substance.  She was given a written promise to appear.

*Cody Edward Cantrell, age 19, of 5604 Highway 221 South was arrested and charged with felony flee/elude arrest, possession of stolen goods, provisional licensee, 90 in a 35 mph zone, fictitious registration, no registration, reckless and careless driving, improper passing and failure to reduce speed.  He was given a $14,000.00 secured bond.

*Nathan Allen Mullinax, age 23, of 172 Cliffside Street in Mooresboro was arrested and charged with inhale toxic vapors and possession of toxic vapors substance.  He was given a $2,000.00 secured bond.
