*Carmen DeFazio, of Old Mooresboro Road in Mooresboro, reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property. The incident occurred on East Main Street in Forest City.
*An employee of Dollar General, located on West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Howard)
*John Watkins, of Wells Spring Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of credit card fraud. The incident occurred at Dollar General located on South Church Street.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny. (See arrests of Levitsky and Carson)
*Tawanda Flack, of Duke Street in Forest City, reported an incident of assault.

*Gary Joe Howard, age 45, of Reid Street in Forest City was arrested and charged with larceny. He was given a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Christopher Dillon Carson, age 18, of US Highway 64 in Rutherfordton was cited for larceny.
*David Joseph Levitsky, age 17, of Coney Island Road in Union Mills was cited for larceny.
*Richard Eugene Price, age 64, of Third Street in Forest City was cited for larceny.
