Incidents
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of recovered stolen motor vehicle and felony speeding to elude arrest.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property. The incident occurred at the Palms Development located on Hudlow Road in Forest City.
*Toni Queen, of Jonestown Road in Bostic, reported an incident of assault on a female. The incident occurred on East Main Street in Forest City.
*Carson Curtis, of Forest Street in Forest City, reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon and injury to personal property. The incident occurred on Withrow Road in Forest City. (See arrest of Logan)
*An employee of Radio Shack, located on Hillltop Way in Forest City, reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment and larceny. (See arrest of Fortune)

*Jimmy Dean Couch , age 48, of Pineknoll Drive in Forest City was cited for possession of Schedule VI controlled substance.
*Raymond William O'Dell, age 33, of Whitesides Road in Rutherfordton was cited for possession of Schedule VI controlled substance.
*Adrian Jacquez Marque Rice, Jr., age 18, of Sandy Run Church Road in Mooresboro was cited for possesion of spiritous liquor by person less than 21.
*D'Asia Cekeidra Logan, age 17, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City was arrested on warrants for assault with a deadly weapon and injury to real property. She was given a custody release.
*Michael Wayne Fortune, age 29, of McDaniel Street in Forest City was cited for larceny.
