*Stanislav Dyshiko, of Lindsay Park Drive in Chesnee, SC, reported an incident of an assault. The incident occurred on East Trade Street in Forest City.
*Chad Logan, of Hedgeland Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred on Oak Street in Forest City.
*Brenda Ledbetter, of Plymouth Lane in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*Nicole Dukes, of Ferry Road in Mooresboro, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense and credit card fraud.

| Arrests
*Charles Christopher Blachnik, age 43, of Dry Ponds Road in Granite Falls, NC was arrested on a warrant and charged with five counts of felony worthless checks. He was given a $12,500.00 secured bond.
*Kasey Miranda Branch, age 20, of Arrowhead Trail in Marion, NC was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in McDowell County.
