*Ryan Harrill, of Smith Grove Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
*James Clapp, of Arlington Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to an automobile with larceny from same.

| Arrests
*Charles Richard Morrow II, age 18, of South Pea Ridge Road in Mooresboro was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana. He received a custody release.
*William Franklin Jones, age 17, of McDaniel Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a custody release.
