Incidents
*Leonardo Pallaries, of Hardin Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
*Samuel Bailey, of Wilson Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of found property.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of intoxicated and disruptive, communicating threats, and carrying a concealed weapon. (See arrest of Clark)
| Arrests
*Phillip Lee Clark, age 38, of West Main Street in Forest City was arrested and charged with intoxicated and disruptive, carrying a concealed weapon, and communicating threats. He was given a $3,500.00 secured bond.
*Jason Ramey Harris, age 26, of J.M. Lovelace Road in Ellenboro was arrested and charged with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, resist, delay and obstruct, and hit and run. He was given an $8,000.00 secured bond.
*John Cleatus Ellis, age 20, of Old Henrietta Road in Henrietta was cited with possession of schedule VI controlled substance.
*Brian Oneil Robinson, age 19, of Wells Drive in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for assault inflicting serious injury, resist, delay and obstruct, and failure to comply. He was given a $2,000.00 secured bond.
*Billy Joedean Blanton Jr., age 23, was arrested and charged with driving while impaired and no operator’s license. He was given a $5,000.00 secured bond.
