*An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment. (See arrest of Wilson)
| Arrests
*Jaqualynn Wilson, age 26, of W.V. Thompson Road in Rutherfordton was arrested and charged with shoplifting/concealment. She received a custody release.
*Darrin Smith, age 41, of East spruce Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for fail to appear. He received a $2,000.00 secured bond.
