*An employee of Hilltop Properties, located in Rutherfordton, reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to real property. The incident occurred on Willow Run Drive.

*David Eugene Self, of Country Meadow Lane in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, second degree trespass and possession of marijuana. He received a $2,000.00 secured bond.
*Ashley Leigh Reynolds, of South Church Street in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct and aid and abet first degree trespass. She received a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Debra Jennings, of North Church Street in Forest City, was arrested for communicating threats and second degree trespass. She received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Richard Lee Felder was arrested for first degree trespass. He received a $500.00 secured bond.
