*Crystal Ramseur, of California Branch Road in Union Mills, reported an incident of assault on a handicapped person. The incident occurred on Hardin Road. (See arrest of Wilkins)
*An employee of Food Lion, located on South Broadway Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Shields)
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property. The incident occurred at Crowe Park.
*An employee of Murphy USA, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny of gas.
*Jerry Burke, of Turner Street in Forest City, reported an incident of reckless driving and assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred on East Main Street.

*Kerrie Garnesy Blackwood, age 46, of Swing Boulevard in Mooresboro was arrested for driving while impaired. She was released on a custody release.
*Demetrius Devon Wilkins, age 25, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested for assault on a handicapped person. He was given a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Demetrius Devon Wilkins, age 25, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested for shoplifting by concealment. He was given a custody release.
*Joshua Mark Shields, age 18, of Paris Bridge Road in Chesnee, S.C. was arrested for shoplifting by concealment. He was released on a custody release.
*Roy Douglas Shrewsbury, age 25, of Bethany Church Road in Forest City was arrested for speeding to elude arrest, driving while license revoked and failure to stop at stop sign. He was placed under a $16,500.00 secured bond.
