* An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense. The incident occurred at Wal-Mart.
* Jason Price, of Oakridge Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
* An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of child neglect.
* An employee of Murphy USA, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.

*Randy Sean Waters, age 22, of Rainbow Rapids Road in Rutherfordton was arrested for second degree trespass. He was given a $100.00 secured bond.
*Amanda Marie Dunkle, age 28, of Heritage Avenue in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court. She was given a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Chrystal Dimond Escoursel, age 20, of Hamrick Drive in Ellenboro was arrested on a warrant for obtaining property by false pretense. She was given a $10,000.00 unsecured bond.
