*Betty Conner, of Rolling Oaks Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
*Tonya Lee, of Rolling Oaks Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny.
*Eugene Towery, of South Church Street in Forest City, reported an incident of strong arm robbery.
*An employee of the Shell Gas Station, located on South Broadway Street in Forest City, reported an incident of found property.
*An employee of Yount Check Cashing, located on South Powell Street in Forest City, reported an incident of check fraud.
| Arrests
*Paul Dean Wilkins, age 46, of Bellvue Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for violation of a domestic violence protective order. He was given a 48 hour hold.
*Robert Lee Palmer, age 38, of Roy Caldwell Street in Morganton was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He was given a $15,000.00 secured bond.
