* Ernest Murray, of Westmoore Drive in Ellenboro, reported an incident of larceny. The incident occurred on Oak Street Extension in Forest City.
* Chris Harding, of Twelve Oaks Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
* An employee of Hibbett Sports, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
* An employee of Puzzle Creek Auto Sales, located on West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.
* An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of assault on a child.
| Arrests
*Brandon Lavar Harrison, age 21, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for injury to real property. He was given a written promise to appear in court.
*Paul Dean Watkins, age 46, of Sherrill Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He was given a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Marqui Antowan Miller, age 28, of Ponder Road in Mill Springs, NC was arrested for habitual driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. He was given a $31,000.00 secured bond.
*Teresa Diane Butler, age 50, of Chokeberry Road in Highlands, NC was cited for possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and improper equipment.
