*Kendall McMillan, of East Spruce Street in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
* Pamela Nevin, of Callahan Street in Rutherfordton, reported an incident of obtain property by false pretense.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Barbee)
*Jose Cazango, of Big Springs Avenue, reported an incident of armed robbery and assault.

*Lonnie Benjamin Barbee, age 64, of Poors Ford Road in Rutherfordton was cited for larceny.
*Michael Typhod Greene, age 18, of Dunbar Street in Forest City was arrested for possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $5,500.00 secured bond.
*Joe Nathan Bristol, age 44, of Wells Drive in Forest City was arrested for driving while impaired and stop sign violation. He was given a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Ronald Blake Wood, age 20, of Andrews Mill Road in Bostic was cited for consuming alcohol under 21 and attempting to obtain an alcoholic beverage by a person less than 21.
*Chad Avery Keeter, age 44, of South Church Street in Forest City was arrested for second degree trespass. He was given a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*Dwayne Ford, age 38, of Grace Lane in Charlotte was arrested for driving while license revoked and resisting a public officer. He was given a $500.00 secured bond.
