*Gary Chapman, age 24, of Race Path Church Road in Ellenboro reported an incident of assault. The incident occurred on Springfield Drive in Forest City.
*Rebecca Conley, age 32, of Mercury Street in Forest City reported an incident of larceny.
*An employee of Millwood Electric Company reported an incident of damage to property.
*An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment. (See arrest of Smith)

*Damien Bond, age 21, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City was arrested and charged with second degree trespass. He received a written promise to appear.
*Nytia Smith, age 20, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City was arrested and charged with shoplifting/concealment. She received a custody release.
*George Camp, age 50, of West Main Street in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for larceny.
*William Sexton III, age 39, of East Spruce Street in Forest City was taken to the county jail on an assist.
