*Barbara Gilmore, age 37, of Rock Road in Rutherfordton was cited for larceny.
*Anna Barnett, age 33, of Rock Corner Road in Forest City was served with a show cause order.
*Andre Moore, age 22, of South Church Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. His bond was set at $250.00.
*Joanna Riley, age 47, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested for larceny. She received a custody release.
*Joshua Brown, age 18, of Jack Martin Road in Forest City was arrested for 2nd degree trespassing. His bond was set at $1,000.00 unsecured.
*Jeffery Moore, age 16, of Big Cedar Drive in Rutherfordton was arrested for larceny and underage consumption of alcohol. His bond was set at $2,000.00 secured.
