Incidents
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment. (See arrest of Coffman)
| Arrests
*Tricia Coffman, age 36, of Thompson Road in Rutherfordton was cited for shoplifting/concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
*Julian Todd Norman, age 48, of Harris/ Henrietta Road in Henrietta was arrested on a warrant for obtaining property by false pretenses. He received a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Brandon Hamilton, age 23, of Wells Drive in Forest City was arrested for 2nd degree trespassing. He received a $500.00 unsecured bond.
