*An employee of Wilco-Hess, located on West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.

*Christopher Mark Swink, age 23, of Wyoming Street in Spindale was charged with larceny of a firearm. He was placed under a $15,000.00 secured bond.
*Autumn Dawn McCormack, age 16, of W.V. Thompson Road in Rutherfordton was arrested for simple assault. She was placed under a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*Marcus Alexander Adams, age 46, of Reid Street in Forest City was cited and released for second degree trespassing.
*Joshua Nathan Cole, age 18, of Wells Drive in Forest City was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was given a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*L.B. Lowrance, age 72, of Flack Road in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for child abuse.
*Richard Lee Felder, age 18, of Wilkie Street in Forest City was cited and released for second degree trespassing.
