*An employee of Auto Zone reported an incident of damage to property.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property. The incident occurred on Hardin Road.
*Wayne Humphries, of Pointer Road in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny of a scooter.

*Angela Hines, of Silver Street in Spindale, reported an incident of larceny of a cell phone. The incident occurred at Crowe Park.
| Arrests
*Brennan Keith Atkins, of Kennedy Street in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for assault with serious bodily injury. He received a custody release.
*Jessica Nicole Mooney, of South Church Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. She received a written promise to appear.
*Kiara Franchel Jackson, of South Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for injury to personal property and assault and battery. She received a custody release.
*Larry Lee Johnson, of Fox Mountain Road in Mill Springs, was arrested on warrants for obtaining property by false pretenses, forgery of an instrument and uttering a forged document. He was placed under a $30,000 secure bond.
*Montoya Denise Maxwell, of South Church Street in Forest City,was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. She was released on a written promise to appear.
*Leonard Brandon Rorie, of Landis Street in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed under a $6,500.00 secure bond.
*Keely Kirkpatrick, of Mountain Creek Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol. She was issued a citation and released to an adult.
*Joanne Dezeray Riley, of Hardin Road in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting. She received a custody release.
*Mary Harris, of Amanda Drive in Ellenboro, was issued a citation for concealment of merchandise. She was released at the scene.
*Christopher O’Neal Hambrick was arrested on warrants for first degree rape, first degree kidnapping and breaking and entering. He was placed under a $120,000.00 secured bond.
*Bernard Graves, of Trout Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for possession of stolen property and possession of fictitious or altered registration car or title. He was placed under a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
