*Elmer Honeycutt, age 65, of Grover Road in Ellenboro reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny. The incident occurred at Express Car Wash on West Main Street in Forest City.
*An employee of Aldi reported an incident of larceny.
*An employee of Southern Manor Rest Home reported an incident of larceny.
*William Jolley, age 30, of North Washington Street in Rutherfordton reported an incident of larceny. The incident occurred at Crowe Park.
*Tina Smith, age 32, of Polkville Road in Casar reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny. The incident occurred on Flack Road.
*Tracy Franklin, age 38, of Hopewell Road in Morganton reported an incident of larceny. The incident occurred at Morganton Eye.
*Kay Burnette, age 59, of Puzzle Creek Road in Bostic reported an incident of identity theft.

*A. D. Burgess, age 53, of US Hwy 221A reported an incident of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses. The incident occurred at Fifth Third Bank.

*Heather Jones, age 30, of South Church Street in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for simple assault. She received a written promise to appear.
*Shirley Tate, age 55, of Bostic Sunshine Highway in Bostic was arrested on a warrant for simple worthless check. She received a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Juan Arias, age 21, of McDaniel Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for fail to appear. He received a $600.00 secured bond.
*Demien Price, age 26, of Old Ballpark Road in Spindale was arrested on a warrant for fail to appear. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Spencer Murray, age 21, of Dawnview Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Robert Reid, age 39, of Greenfield Drive in Forest City was arrested and charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, obtain property by false pretenses, possession of stolen property, and possession of schedule IV controlled substance. He received a $60,000.00 secured bond.
