* Clifford Bailey, of US Highway 221A, reported an incident of found property.
*Del Hudson, of Boiling Springs Road in Mooresboro, reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property. The incident occurred on Oakridge Drive in Forest City.
* An employee of Zaxby’s, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny by employee.
* An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of breaking and entering to a coin operated machine, larceny, and damage to property.
* An employee of Horn’s Home and Garden reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
* Rycki Allen, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of indecent liberties with a child.
* An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of child neglect. (See arrest of Rowe)
* An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported two separate incidents of found property.
| Arrests
*Helenla Marie Rowe, age 31, of Old US 221 North in Rutherfordton was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. She was given a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Albert Lamar Horne, Sr., age 29, of Somer Dale Lane in Charlotte was arrested for possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. He was given a $500.00 secured bond.
*Brent William Hankinson, age 24, of South Broadway Street in Forest City was arrested for intoxicated and disruptive. He was given a $500.00 secured bond.
