*Victoria Bates, of Greenfield Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of identity theft.
*An employee of Wilco-Hess reported an incident of larceny of gas.
| Arrests
*James Luke McKinney, of Peachtree Street in Forest City, was arrested for driving with a revoked license. He received a $1000.00 secure bond.
*Golden Lonnie Shelton, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1000.00 unsecure bond.
