*Kimberly Prince, age 24, of Long Street in Rutherfordton was arrested for open container and littering. She was placed under a $500 secured bond.
*Joshua Tipton, age 18, of Crowe Dairy Road in Forest City was arrested for possession of Schedule IV and obtaining property by false pretense. He was placed under a $1,6000 unsecured bond.
