*German Ocelo Reyes, age 23, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
*Allison O’Dell McCurry, age 27, was arrested and charged with shoplifting/concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
*Tavon Jerome McDowell, age 17, was arrested and charged with shoplifting/concealment. He received a written promise to appear.
