Incidents
*An employee from Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment. (See arrest of Surratt)
*Greg Tenbroeck, of Old Hwy 74 in Ellenboro, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
*Shane Spencer, of Lawing Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and arson.
| Arrests
*Danielle Nicole Crane, age 21, was charged with driving while license revoked. She received a written promise to appear.
*Michael Jay Surratt, age 18, was arrested on a warrant for first degree rape, first degree kidnapping, and breaking and entering. He received a $315,000.00 secured bond.
*Benny Michael Shelton, age 17, was arrested and charged with second degree trespassing. He received a $100.00 secured bond.
*Robert Austin Reno, age 22, was arrested on a warrant for obtain property by false pretense. He received a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Rodney Surratt, age 42, was arrested and charged with shoplifting/concealment. He received a written promise to appear.
