*A Forest City Police Officer reported finding a residence on fire. The incident occurred on Hardin Road.
*An employee of Forest City Honda, located on Daniel Road in Forest City, reported an incident of conversion by bailee.
*Kenneth MacAfee, of Dock Ridge Road in Union Mills, reported an incident of fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses. The incident occurred at Lowe’s in Forest City.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of recovered stolen property.
*Courtney Bryant, of Florence Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny of a check.
| Arrests
*Lavaughn Donte Jones, age 19, of Seitz Drive in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana.
*Michael Eugene Tilley, age 21, of Duke Street in Forest City, was cited for noise ordinance violation.
*Nelson Vernell Makeupson, age 42, of Gail Drive in Forest City, was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and failure to comply. He was given a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Dusty Lynn Martin, age 40, of Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City, was arrested for failure to appear. She was given a $500.00 secured bond.
